Job Title: IT Lead – Azure & Azure Entra ID
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Onsite)
Experience Required: 10–15 Years
Working Days: 5 days/week
Notice Period: Maximum 30 days

Job Summary:
We are looking for a senior IT Infrastructure Lead to manage and enhance global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and IT operations. The role requires a strong hands-on leader with deep expertise in Azure Entra ID, Office 365, IT governance, compliance, networking, and endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global IT infrastructure design, implementation, and operations
  • Manage Azure Entra ID, Office 365 suite, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Teams
  • Oversee IT compliance, audit readiness, data governance, GDPR and HIPAA requirements
  • Handle user onboarding/offboarding, IAM, SSO and SAML integrations
  • Manage FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, routing, subnetting, and network security
  • Administer endpoint and device management tools including ManageEngine, JAMF, and antivirus solutions
  • Oversee Jira and Confluence administration for enterprise teams
  • Implement security hardening, patching, and vulnerability management across Windows, Linux, and macOS
  • Manage vendors, IT assets, and enterprise tools
  • Support and troubleshoot Cisco and Polycom audio/video conferencing solutions
  • Lead IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity initiatives, and GRC practices

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Entra ID and Office 365 administration
  • Experience managing global IT environments and distributed teams
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
  • Expertise in scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Shell scripting
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
