About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy IT Interns (female candidates preferred) to join our team at Career Mantra. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, data management, and system support within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating company databases and systems.
• Work with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and report generation.
• Handle Excel-based reporting using advanced formulas and tools.
• Support daily IT operations, including troubleshooting and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth system functioning.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Familiarity with MS Word and data handling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Keen interest in learning and exploring IT systems.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science / IT / related field.

Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months
Stipend: As per company norms
