Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Co-ordinator to join our team in Gwalior. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, building partnerships with educational institutions, and expanding our student outreach through effective communication and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through student counseling, leads, and partnerships.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and career opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and educational partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of admission processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in business development, counseling, or sales—preferably in the education industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales and student success.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
