As a highly motivated and experienced professional with over 8 years of experience, you will be leading IT infrastructure sales initiatives in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships. You must possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and have the ability to align them with client needs to deliver value-driven outcomes. - Develop and implement a sales strategy for various IT infrastructure solutions such as cloud services, networking, data centers, managed IT services, and cybersecurity. - Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments to achieve business growth. - Build a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building. - Understand customer pain points and tailor IT infrastructure solutions to meet their business goals. Establishing and building strong executive-level relationships with clients is essential. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning IT infrastructure solutions with customer goals to create long-term value. Driving customer satisfaction by proactively addressing their needs and challenges will be key. Additionally, you will need to cultivate relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. - Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior management. - Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in IT infrastructure to ensure competitive offerings. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strategic thinking, business acumen, customer-centric approach, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.,
