We are looking for a seasoned IT Infrastructure Lead to build, manage, and scale secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on designing resilient systems, optimizing performance, and resolving complex infrastructure challenges across on-premise and cloud platforms.
Role Overview
As part of the core IT function, you will own the end-to-end infrastructure landscape, ensuring systems are stable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will drive continuous improvements, enable scalability, and support seamless operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure across servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance across cloud and on-prem environments to ensure high availability and efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid recovery.
Collaborate with internal IT teams, engineering teams, and external vendors to enable smooth integrations and reliable operations.
Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve stability and scalability.
Leverage automation and scripting to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
Lead and coordinate infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
Solid knowledge of server operating systems, virtualization, storage solutions, and networking.
Experience with SD-LAN, SD-WAN, Layer 3 switches, gateways, and firewall technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive infrastructure initiatives end to end.
