Role & responsibilities

A Service Help desk KRA (Key Responsibility Area) involves providing support for specific areas like IT services, with Key Responsibilities including assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing Sapres Mangments 

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for users needing technical assistance, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Log, track, and manage support requests in a help desk ticketing system. This involves assigning tickets, following up on progress, and ensuring proper closure.
  3. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate next level of support personnel or technical teams.
  4. Generate reports on ticket status, pending issues, and other help desk activities.
  5. Work with other internal teams, such as IT, to resolve issues and improve service delivery. 
  6. Knowledge required IN SAP Material Management module
