Role & responsibilities

Profile- Help Desk

Location- Gurgaon

Experience- 1 Years- 3 Years

Package- 1 LPA, 2.7 LPA Maximum

Coordination Roles

Monitor Alerts

Tickets Logging for the alerts

Collect Logs Basis SOP and Share with L2/ IM

Tickets Management, Log Notes Update, Closure

Coordinate / Follow Up with Other Teams and Update the Current Status of the Ticket

Coordinate / Follow Up with Other Teams and take update on identified actin items

Logging Tickets with Service Providers

Facilitating Conference Bridge with all Concerned Parties.

Raising Change Tickets as per the Templates

Align ISP/OEM FE & co-ordinate for approvals (from Data Centre Leads/ IT Site Lead/Logistics for MUX room access for vendor FE

Co-ordinate arrival of RMA & return of RMA

Execution of SRs basis SOP
