  • Act as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
  • Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, email, and system access issues.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Guide users through simple step-by-step solutions or remote access tools.
  • Monitor IT systems and alerts to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Document issues, solutions, and create user guides or FAQs as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and update ticket documentation accurately.
  • Adhere to SLAs and ensure timely communication and resolution of tickets.
    • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent diploma).
  • 02 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role (internships count).
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, email systems (e.g., Outlook), and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
