- Perform various asset verification activities, including PAV of IT Store Stock Assets & FAR as per business requirements.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Execute ITAM IMAC processes and deploy assets on floors and buildings.
- Handle asset handover and takeover for new deployments and back-out cases.
- Coordinate with end users for the return of assets.
- Manage assets received from exits and break-fix retrieval cases.
- Ensure adherence to quality and security standards defined for the engagement.
- Reconcile and close non-compliance data.
- Manage tickets as per process guidelines.
