Job Description

Work Timings: 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Risk Management Oversee tech-driven processes and ensure compliance
RiskAssessments Identify and monitor risks & controls across tech and security domains
Collaboration Work with stakeholders on RCMs, narratives, and process flowcharts
ControlTesting Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls
SelfAssessments & Audits Conduct RCSAs and support external/internal audits
ProjectManagement Monitor project status, risks, and ensure compliance alignment
RegulatoryCompliance Advise on regulations related to tech/security
TeamLeadership Guide and mentor team members
TimeManagement Handle competing priorities effectively

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
Experience: 5-10 years in ITGovernance, Risk, Compliance & Audit
Compliance Knowledge: COBIT, NIST, GLBA, SOX, PCI, ISO27001
Certifications: CPA, CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP (preferred)
Tools: ServiceNow, Predict360, Jira, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, multitasking, and attention to detail
