IT- Full Stack Development

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Trainee with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of not just maintaining existing systems but reengineering them for scalability and performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical problems, has a bias for execution, and can manage everything from GoDaddy servers to full-scale cloud migration. You’ll manage existing systems while driving the digital transformation of ATMS — from on-premise NAS and PHP websites to modern, cloud-based architectures and scalable applications.

You’ll wear multiple hats — developer, systems engineer, problem-solver — and take full responsibility for end-to-end outcomes, not just assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Development & Platform Modernization

* Maintain and improve all company websites (ATMS, CNEFA, Previlege) hosted on GoDaddy.

* Maintain PHP/HTML systems and organise them into modern, modular full-stack frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, or Next.js).

* Develop and deploy new features, APIs, and internal tools with scalability and security in mind.

* Conduct structured testing and performance optimization before each release.

2. Systems & Infrastructure Management

* Manage GoDaddy hosting, cPanel, and domain renewals with zero downtime.

* Oversee NAS and on-premise systems, ensuring secure backups and consistent uptime.

* Plan and execute migration of all data and hosting to cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

* Monitor network configurations, routers, and IPs; ensure seamless connectivity across all buildings.

3. IT & Operational Support

* Maintain and optimize the OMS (Office Management System) and other internal tools.

* Support CCTV setup, router administration, and overall IT infrastructure.

* Ensure documentation of all credentials, configurations, and upgrade roadmaps.

Required Skills

Onsite Role: This position is fully onsite in Guwahati; candidates must be available to work from our office premises.

Technical

* Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React / Next.js preferred)

* Back-End: PHP / Node.js / Python

* Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / Firebase

* Hosting & Deployment: GoDaddy, AWS, Cloudflare, cPanel

* Networking: Basic LAN/Wi-Fi, router setup, IP management

* Tools: Git/GitHub, FileZilla, CLI, API integration

Bonus

* Experience with cloud migration (AWS EC2, S3, or GCP equivalents)

* Familiarity with Docker, version control, or automation tools

* Understanding of CCTV/NAS and IT hardware setup

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline

* 0–2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development or IT operations

* Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver complete solutions
