Description
Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware. Install, configure, and maintain software and systems. Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, internet connectivity). Ensure system security and data backups. Maintain and update internal servers and trading terminals (ODIN, NOW, etc.). Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software maintenance. Maintain IT inventory and documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2 - 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration. Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking, and system maintenance. Familiarity with Windows OS, basic server operations, and antivirus solutions. Understanding of trading platform infrastructure (preferred but not mandatory). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
