Job Description

Role & responsibilities

IT Executive

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
Troubleshoot network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers).
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Ensure smooth functioning of hospital/office software (HIS, ERP, CRM, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and IT services.
Maintain IT inventory and update records regularly.
Monitor system performance, backups, and security measures.
Support CCTV, biometric, and telephone systems.
Respond to IT-related queries and resolve issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field.
1–5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic server operations.
Familiarity with hospital management systems (HIS) is an added advantage.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
