IT Executive

As an IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, servers, and networking equipment. You will also provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networking equipment. - Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. - Monitor and manage company networks, data backup, and internet connectivity. - Ensure security of data, systems, and network by implementing IT policies and updates. - Maintain and troubleshoot printers, CCTV, biometric attendance machines, and other IT equipment. - Manage software licenses, updates, and system backups. - Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related purchases, AMC, and support services. - Prepare and maintain IT documentation and inventory records. - Support digital tools, email management, and ERP/CRM systems (if applicable). Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), and server management. - Experience with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, servers, biometric, CCTV, etc.). - Basic knowledge of cloud systems, data backup, and cybersecurity practices. - Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a small team environment. In this full-time role located in Mohali, you will report to the Manager/Director. The position offers benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
