Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive with 3–4 years of experience who can coordinate closely with the Procurement Team to support inventory systems and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and experience handling IT infrastructure and software related to inventory and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure accurate tracking and integration of IT-related inventory.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and systems across departments.
• Ensure all systems are updated and aligned with inventory control requirements.
• Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and system documentation.
• Provide technical support to team members and resolve IT issues promptly.
• Assist in implementation and integration of inventory or ERP systems.
• Ensure data security and perform regular backups.
• Manage user access, credentials, and security permissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, IT asset tracking, and ERP systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, networking, and system troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
