IT Executive

We are looking for a skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day technical operations, ensure the smooth functioning of systems, and provide timely support to all departments. The ideal candidate must have strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
• Manage LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Handle email setup, backup, user accounts, and access management
• Ensure data security, antivirus updates, and patch management
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service requirements
• Maintain documentation of IT assets and support activities
• Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and implementation of new tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance
• Understanding of firewalls, routers, and network security (preferred)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple issues efficiently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
