IT Executive

Role & Responsibility :

• Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Guide customers through the installation of applications and computer peripherals.
• Maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems as needed.
• Ensure continuous availability of networking and computing systems, maintaining a 24x7 operational status.
• Manage system configurations and operations for client based computing environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and outages promptly.
• Resolve complex issues related to Windows servers, desktops, and applications, including performance bottlenecks and configuration errors.
• Oversee and manage the deployment of Windows updates and patches across all servers and desktops, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Analyze system performance and implement tuning or adjustments to optimize the performance of Windows environments.
• Design, implement, and manage Group Policies to ensure a secure and standardized environment across the organization.
• Manage and troubleshoot user accounts, permissions, and

access in Active Directory, including advanced AD troubleshooting.

• Manage and perform backups of critical Windows servers and desktops, and execute restores when needed.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts related to Windows environments, such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and network security.
• Experience with managing storage solutions in Windows

environments, including SAN, NAS, and local storage.

• Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix for environments monitoring.
• Monitor systems daily and respond immediately to any security or usability concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer equipment and peripherals
• Update and upgrade systems and processes according to evolving requirements.
• Review and analyses system logs to identify issues or inefficiencies.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user manuals.
• Maintain detailed records of new installations, equipment

movements, configuration changes, and overall machine status.

• Diagnose, verify, record, and report downtimes, providing immediate notification for all incidents.
• Manage inventory and asset tracking, ensuring accurate records are maintained

Qualification

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in a related field
• Diploma in Windows, Linux, or Networking is preferred

Experience/Fresher

2 to 5 years of experience

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience in various techniques and approaches.
• Effective team player with excellent communication skills, a keen listener, and a quick learner.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating system environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, NAS, WDS, NVR configurations, printer troubleshooting, AWS environment, Linux basics, and Cisco switch concepts.
• Experience with technologies such as Veeam Backup, Zabbix, SCCM, M365, FortiSIEM, MDT, TeamViewer, SAN, Windows environments, FortiGate firewalls, SSLVPN Client, Sophos Central Anti-Virus, VMware ESXi, and more.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools
