IT Executive

Job Title: IT (System Administrator)
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (as per experience & interview)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing organization committed to delivering high-quality wellness and lifestyle products. We are looking for a dedicated System Administrator (IT) to join our team and ensure smooth IT operations and system management across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, hardware, and network devices.

· Monitor and manage servers, firewalls, switches, and routers.

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

· Manage data backup, storage, and recovery processes.

· Ensure IT security and protect systems against viruses, malware, and unauthorized access.

· Provide technical support to employees (on-site and remote) and resolve IT-related queries.

· Maintain IT documentation including inventory, configurations, and licenses.

· Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment.

· Ensure timely updates, patches, and upgrades of systems and software.

· Assist in planning and implementing IT infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in IT / System Administration.

· Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and system security.

· Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.

· Knowledge of backup solutions, email configurations, and troubleshooting tools.

· Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Google Workspace/MS 365) will be an advantage.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

· Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA, etc.) will be a plus.
