Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive IT support across local and remote offices, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. You will manage user accounts, configure and maintain IT infrastructure, and provide frontline assistance for system issues and application support. This position requires a hands-on professional with strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of IT systems and security, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide local IT Helpdesk support (hardware & software troubleshooting.
  • Manage user accounts and access for O365, ERP, Firewall, and other platforms.
  • Configure and deploy new systems with domain controller integration and required software installation.
  • Provide support for operating systems and business applications.
  • Ensure maintenance of IT equipment (both under warranty and out of warranty.
  • Assist in procurement of IT assets, software, and services.
  • Maintain accurate IT inventory records for hardware and software.
  • Provide remote IT support for project offices and remote sites.
  • Support video conferencing/webinars (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  • Assist in maintaining network security including Firewall, Antivirus, and related security tools.
  • Configure and support network devices (LAN, printers, network switches, etc.).
  • Create and manage users, groups, and policies in Active Directory.
  • Monitor and ensure the health status of servers, storage systems, and backups.


Technical Skills (Preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with MAC OS, Windows, Microsoft O-365.


Qualifications

  • Graduate in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
  • Relevant certifications (MCSE, CCNA, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
