IT Executive

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support the daily IT operations across our properties and corporate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hardware, software, networks, and providing tech support to staff to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and networking issues).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, internet connectivity, and firewalls.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, IT procurement, and repairs.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and documentation of IT processes.
• Ensure data backups, antivirus, and IT security policies are followed.
• Support implementation of new software applications and digital tools.
• Troubleshoot network issues and escalate to service providers or senior IT team if required.
• Provide on-site or remote IT support to various branches or franchise locations as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply).
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT support/technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, networking (LAN/WAN), routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, biometric attendance, and POS systems (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

• Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
