Job Description

Job Summary: Support the Senior Account Executive in managing key accounts and driving sales growth. Assist with daily tasks, customer interactions, and administrative duties. Responsibilities: Account Support: Assist the Senior Account Executive in managing key accounts and customer relationships. Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Track sales activities and maintain customer records. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues. Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements. Maintain sales databases and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Market Research: Assist in conducting market research and gathering competitor intelligence. Analyze market trends and customer preferences. Sales Operations: Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets. Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
