About Us:

We're seeking a young and talented IT Executive to join our Renewable Energy team in Surat. As an IT Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our IT infrastructure and contributing to the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for user-reported issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and resolve basic problems related to computer systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Set up and configure new hardware and software, including operating systems and peripherals.
• Escalate more complex or unresolved problems to senior support team.
• Conduct regular updates and maintenance on hardware and software.
• Log and document all support requests and resolutions, and provide reports as needed.
• Offer basic training and advice to users on software and hardware operation.

Requirements:

• 0-1 year of experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
