Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Executive – HR to join our dynamic team. Talent Acquisition Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates, particularly in the solar energy sector. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs. Use diverse sourcing channels including social media, job portals, industry networks, and employee referrals. Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ensure an effective selection process. 3. Talent Management Assist in creating and executing talent development plans to identify and nurture high-potential employees. Coordinate performance management processes, including performance appraisals and regular employee assessments. Collaborate with leadership to develop succession planning and career development initiatives. Monitor and report on talent metrics to evaluate employee performance, skills gaps, and training needs.
