Job Description

Job Title: Liaisoning Executive – Solar Projects

Experience: 1 to 2 years
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Department: Liaisoning

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Liaisoning Executive to manage all documentation and regulatory approvals for solar projects.

Handle all documentation related to government agencies (GETCO, GEDA, DISCOM, etc.) for solar projects.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless liaisoning activities.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up on approvals, permits, and clearances.
Maintain records of all correspondence and compliance documents.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and utilities.
Track project timelines and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
Assist in resolving queries and issues related to approvals.
Prepare and submit reports, applications, and petitions as needed.
Stay updated on changing policies and regulations in the solar sector.
Support management with any additional liaisoning tasks as required.
