IT Executive

Job Summary: The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and

optimizing the company's financial and operational software systems, with a

focus on both Tally and SAP. This role involves providing technical support,

troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless integration of these systems

to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend

of technical skills, accounting knowledge, and a problem-solving mind-set.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and maintain Tally and SAP software systems, including user

access, data integrity, and system performance.

 Provide technical support and training to end-users on Tally and SAP

functionalities.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, data

discrepancies, and user errors in a timely manner.

 Collaborate with the finance, accounting, and other departments to

understand their needs and provide solutions using Tally and SAP.

 Assist in the implementation of new modules, upgrades, and

enhancements for both software systems.

 Ensure that financial and accounting data is accurately recorded and

maintained in Tally and SAP, aligning with company policies and

statutory requirements.

 Generate and analyse reports from Tally and SAP to provide insights for

management.

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,

Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

 Proven experience in managing and supporting both Tally and SAP

systems.

 In-depth knowledge of Tally and its various modules (e.g., accounting,

inventory, GST).

 Strong understanding of SAP modules, particularly those related to

finance (FICO).

 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 SAP ERP (specifically SAP FICO)

 Financial Accounting and Reporting

 Data Analysis and Reconciliation IT Support and Troubleshooting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
