Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues / bugs in websites and systems.
Assist in website development and maintenance (HTML, CSS, WordPress, or CMS platforms).
Work with BigRock hosting & domain panel for website updates and server management.
Perform basic graphic editing using Photoshop for web and digital content.
Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, networks, and software.
Monitor and maintain data security, backups, and software updates.
Provide technical support to staff (system setup, troubleshooting, software installation).
Collaborate with management to implement IT solutions that improve workflow.

Requirements:

Knowledge of website management (WordPress / HTML / hosting panels like BigRock).
Basic understanding of Photoshop / design tools.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to fix bugs & errors quickly.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
