Job Description

Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Update existing software to ensure compatibility with new computer systems.
Maintain equipment such as computers or routers by installing new software or replacing broken parts, collaborating with senior team members.
Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement new solutions.
Identify and address system performance issues by troubleshooting problems and adjusting hardware or software settings.
Evaluate new technologies and equipment to determine suitability for the company s needs.
Monitor the performance of computer networks, including the speed and availability of network connections, to ensure their proper functioning.
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient technology operation.
Ensure security measures are in place, including data encryption and firewalls.
Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Troubleshoot system and network problems and provide support to users.
Support the rollout of new business applications.
Manage help desk services and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and support.
