IT Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Assistant to support day-to-day IT operations, user support, and infrastructure maintenance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with basic hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues to staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, credentials, and access rights (Active Directory, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of classroom technology like projectors, smartboards, and CCTV.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi) issues.
• Ensure timely updates and patching of systems and antivirus software.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and AMC follow-ups.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Assist in data backup processes and routine server health checks.
• Support during events, online examinations, and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT support/assistant role.
• Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and IT peripherals.
• Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, or G Suite is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
