Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Executive to manage and support the IT infrastructure at myG. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and providing technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Provide troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and other IT systems.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, repairs, and maintenance.
Ensure data backup, system updates, and IT security protocols are followed.
Maintain IT asset records and generate periodic reports.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT support/technical roles.
Knowledge of hardware, networking, and Windows OS.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Location: Calicut

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
