Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer / IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize enterprise IT environments. The role requires strong hands-on experience across compliance, networking, endpoint management, and system administration.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage Office 365 services including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams Handle secure user onboarding and offboarding processes Manage IT compliance, audits, and asset inventory systems Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and WiFi access points Provide network administration including routing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and VPN Patch, update, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS systems Manage antivirus and endpoint protection tools Support Cisco and Polycom audio/video conferencing systems Provide remote and onsite IT support to users Maintain IT documentation and compliance records
Required Skills: Azure and Office 365 compliance and governance User lifecycle management (IAM, MFA, SSO) IT inventory and asset management FortiGate firewall and WiFi administration Networking fundamentals OS-level troubleshooting (Windows, Linux, macOS) Antivirus and endpoint management tools Cisco/Polycom A/V solutions Shell scripting, Bash, or PowerShell
