IT Desktop Support Engineer

Role Overview:

The IT Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing onsite technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations at the client location. The role requires hands-on experience with end-user computing technologies, ticketing systems, and basic network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and network connectivity
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications as per company standards
• Support Microsoft Office Suite, email configuration, and other business applications
• Manage user incidents and requests via ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)

Key Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of hands-on IT desktop / end-user support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows , Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user account management, and network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and handle onsite issues effectively

Engagement Type:

• Dispatch / Onsite engagement (On- Call Basis)
• Immediate availability preferred
