Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Business System Analyst during Oracle
Fusion Cloud ERP deployment project for DEMEA. The candidate will lead the requirement engineering phase,
support the System Integration Testing phases as well as take a key role in running User Acceptance Test phases for
specific process and system domains.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Supply Chain processes enabled through ERP, with a
preference of Integrations with Logistics 3PL providers (preferably DHL), EDI enablement and Reporting & Analytics.

Responsibilities:
• Capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements for Transportation Management (e.g.Oracle
OTM) and DHL integrations for shipment & related shipment costs, EDI document flows and Reporting &
Analytics requirements. Based on desired business outcomes, documenting those requirements, and refining
them into technical action items.
• Translate and challenge true requirements into underlaying feature requests, align them with alternative
technical and process approaches – adhere to Oracle’s best practices - and work with business and technical
teams to develop solutions that meet desired business objectives.
• Collaborate with business and Global IS Project leaders in preparing and facilitating the UAT activities for the
Project’s agreed scope and deliverables.
• Partner with the business and the Global IS Project Team to ensure that projects progress on expected
timelines and alert project team leadership to risks and issues related to agreed scope and deliverables.
• Applies discretion and independent judgement to identify when deviation from standard practice is required
and facilitate well informed decision making through the program governance body.
13. Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as IT Business Analyst
• Experience in requirements engineering, preferably supported through certification such as IREB or similar.
• Experienced in ERP deployment projects within the Supply Chain Execution process domain.
• Strong communicator both in written and spoken English.
• Requires strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills to convey both technical and non-technical concepts
to a wide audience.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and effectively present findings
and recommendations to business and IS management.
• Requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A comprehensive understanding of business
processes and the ability to quickly learn new processes.
• Expresses detail level business and systems analysis with the use of Business Process modeling, for example
UML Use Case or other process modeling standards.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft product suite, including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and
SharePoint required.
• Works independently, with guidance only in complex situations.
• Customer service attitude and strong facilitation skills in both face-to-face as well as virtual team settings.
