Education: Degree/BE with 1 year of experience to handle responsibilities as per JD

Strong communication in English.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications, escalating complex problems as needed.

• Manage user accounts and permissions, including onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring security protocols are followed.

• Install, update, and configure software applications, ensuring that systems are up-to-date and secure.

• Monitor network performance and security, using tools to identify and address potential issues proactively.

• Assist in implementing data backup solutions and procedures, ensuring that data can be recovered in case of loss or disaster.

• SharePoint user access troubleshooting.

• Track and manage IT assets, including hardware inventory, software licenses, and maintenance contracts, ensuring proper allocation and utilization.

• Assist in monitoring and implementing cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and regular security audits to protect company data.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Firewall and network management

• Server active directory administration

• Office 365 management
