Job Title: Product Manager – Fintech / Digital Banking
Location: Hyderabad (Only Hyderabad local)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team to build and scale innovative Fintech and Digital Banking products. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and define the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Design product prototypes and workflows to validate ideas quickly.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide product direction.
• Continuously improve product experience based on user insights and data.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver impactful products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and execute sprints.
• Prepare and present data-informed product pitches and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, BaaS, or digital banking domains.
• Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS or API-first products.
• Strong understanding of APIs and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to adoption.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable and creative product solutions.
• Skilled in developing and executing product strategies with long-term vision.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels — from developers to C-suite.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a passion for delivering customer value.

Preferred Attributes

• Background in Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) or other fintech platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a “Get Things Done” attitude.
• Experience in working in agile teams and delivering within tight timelines.
