• Maintaining accurate records of all assets, including physical and financial, and monitoring their performance against established metrics.

• Adhering to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to asset management.

• Analyzing asset performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending actions such as acquisitions, maintenance, or disposal.

• Collaborating with various teams, such as finance, operations, and purchasing, to ensure efficient asset management.

• Overseeing the entire lifecycle of assets from acquisition to disposal, maximizing their value and minimizing costs.

• Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with asset management, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
