Job Description

Experience - 8-10+ Years
Location - Rajkot, Gujarat (on-site)

Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and DevOps operations across the organization

  • Define and execute IT & DevOps strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans
  • Oversee cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), on-premise systems, and hybrid environments
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application delivery
  • Drive automation using Infrastructure as Code
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability of systems
  • Manage IT security, compliance, data protection, and disaster recovery processes
  • Monitor systems, applications, and logs; ensure proactive issue detection and resolution
  • Lead, mentor, and manage IT & DevOps teams, setting goals and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and leadership teams for smooth releases
  • Manage vendors, IT assets, licensing, and budgets effectively
  • Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
