RKIT Software Pvt. Ltd., being a well-known brand in Software development, has recently launched "Cloud Miracle Software". Apart from that, currently we are developing complete Cloud ERP Software which comprises of modules like HRMS, Accounting, CRM, Ticketing system and DMS(Dealer Management System).

Job Role: Partner Success Executive

Experience: 0-2 years

Job description:

• Make outbound calls, explain product value, and onboard clients.

• Track leads, demos, and ensure smooth conversions.

• Collaborate with partners/teams to meet targets.

• Maintain CRM records and prepare reports.

• Support dealer onboarding, campaigns, and progress tracking.

• Support communication campaigns — loyalty registrations, MPL introductions, target sharing.

• Stay motivated to achieve daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets

• Monitor partner milestones, MPL scores, and share updates with managers.

• Skilled in MS Office with CRM and basic AI tools.

• Strong communication (English, Hindi & Gujarati) and presentation skills
