Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD)

As a follow-up Manager at RKIT Software Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of a wide range of agreed actions across all departments and the Senior Leadership Team. In this role, you will manage emails, information, and other communications, providing answers where possible and highlighting and prioritizing those that require the Director's attention. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial at all levels of the organization. Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining organized records will be a key part of your responsibilities. This may include preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for the Managing Director. You will also attend team meetings, off-site quarterly days, and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points. Collaborating effectively with all employees, managers, and clients will be essential in this role. You should be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done efficiently and professionally.
