Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD)

As a Follow-up Manager at RKIT Software Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in ensuring that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed across all departments and with the Senior Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing emails, information, and other communications, responding where possible, and highlighting and prioritizing those that require the Director's attention. - Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization. - Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining organized records, which may involve preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for the Managing Director. - Attending team meetings, off-site quarterly days, and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points. - Collaborating effectively with all employees, managers, and clients. - Being willing to go the extra mile to ensure that tasks are completed successfully. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA degree - 0-2 years of experience (Female candidates preferred) About the Company: RKIT Software Pvt. Ltd., a well-known brand in software development, has recently launched "Cloud Miracle Software" and is currently developing a complete Cloud ERP Software with modules such as HRMS, Accounting, CRM, Ticketing system, and DMS (Dealer Management System). Please note that this is a full-time position with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree and having a total work experience of 1 year.
