IT Administrator

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, including MDMs, office internet, IT assets, and employee tech support, while ensuring basic IT security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MDM tools for laptops and mobile devices (policies, security, updates)
• Handle IT assets: procurement, allocation, tracking, audits, and exits
• Manage office internet & Wi-Fi, coordinate with ISPs and vendors
• Provide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, OS, and software issues
• Manage IT onboarding/offboarding, access controls, and permissions
• Maintain basic IT documentation and asset records

Security Responsibilities

• Enforce device security (encryption, passwords, OS updates, antivirus)
• Manage user access on a least-privilege basis; ensure secure offboarding
• Secure office networks and maintain separate guest Wi-Fi
• Handle lost/stolen devices (remote lock/wipe)
• Act as a first responder for IT/security incidents and escalate when required

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in IT administration, support, and operations
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Google Endpoint Management, Intune, Jamf, Kandji, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers)
• Experience managing IT assets and inventory
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Google Workspace
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
