IT Administrator

an experienced IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organizations IT infrastructure and end-user systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in system administration, network management, IT security, and end-user support in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.Administer Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions across systems and applications.Provide L2/L3 technical support for hardware, software, network, and security issues.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of IT services.Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and enterprise applications.Manage endpoint security tools, antivirus, patching, and system updates.Maintain backups, disaster recovery procedures, and data security standards.Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software licensing, and AMC support.Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.Support onboarding and offboarding activities (system access, assets, email, VPN, etc.).Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and SOPs.

Technical Skills Required

Strong experience in Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCPGood understanding of Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, Firewalls)Experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administrationKnowledge of Endpoint Management & Security toolsBasic knowledge of Linux administration is a plusExperience with Backup and Recovery toolsFamiliarity with ITIL processes is an advantage
