IT Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Support / IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations at our office. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with IT vendors, managing server room activities, handling employee IT requirements, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems and security.

• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Manage and maintain the server room, including basic monitoring and access control
• Create, modify, and deactivate official email IDs and user accounts
• Coordinate laptop/desktop repairs, AMC services, and hardware replacements
• Install and update software, antivirus, and operating systems on company devices
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards
• Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting to employees
• Maintain inventory records of IT assets (laptops, accessories, licenses, etc.)
• Support implementation and maintenance of IT security systems such as firewalls, antivirus, and access controls
• Assist HR team with onboarding and exit IT formalities
• Manage leased line and broadband internet connections at the office and other business locations
• Coordinate with OEM vendors and ISP service providers for installation, troubleshooting, rectification, and issue resolution related to network connectivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
