Location: Central DelhiExperience: 3 to 5 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a proactive and skilled Head of IT to lead and manage all IT infrastructure and assets for our fast-growing startup. You will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations that support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage and administer virtual machines using VMware technologies including ESX installation and VCSA administration.Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including managed switches and port settings, with a strong understanding of DOT1X protocol.Define, implement, and monitor firewall rules to safeguard the company’s network and data.Oversee IT asset management, ensuring all hardware and software resources are properly maintained and inventoried.Troubleshoot IT issues promptly, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs and provide appropriate technical support.Maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and processes.Stay updated on emerging IT trends and recommend improvements to infrastructure and security.Required Skills & Qualifications:3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in startup or SME environments.Hands-on experience with VMware, including ESX installation and VCSA administration.Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, port configuration on managed switches, and DOT1X protocol.Experience in firewall management including defining and configuring firewall rules.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and vendors.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Why Join Us?Opportunity to lead the IT function in a growing startup with a collaborative culture.Exposure to diverse technologies and the chance to implement innovative solutions.Be a key driver in shaping our IT infrastructure as we scale.Apply now to become a critical part of our tech foundation!
