JOB DESCRIPTION:

At TechPerspect, our success depends on IT systems and network that we internally use or develop and deploy for our customers. Were seeking an expert and an experienced systems administrator who is eager to further develop technological skills on bigger stage. This person will secure our critical systems and assets, build IT processes and solutions, implement new IoT, software and hardware systems, provide training, and lead in developing the overall IT strategy. The systems administrator will be involved in innovations, take on challenging assignments, lead technical initiatives, and be responsible for extraordinary results. The systems administrator will receive training to become a leader in the field. The ideal candidate should be passionate about applying skills and expertise to a technology-based business model that creates real-world solutions for the global marketplace.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

AWS Experience:

• Monitor and manage client AWS Infrastructure via AWS monitor tool.
• Create VPC & VPC Nat gateway & Nat instance for private subnet and internet.
• Create VPC peering with a region & Different two region.
• Mange and create VPN connection, VPC Endpoint & Site to site VPN.
• Storage create and manage S3 Bucket, versioning MFA, S3 Life cycle.
• Create AMI from EC2 & manage copy AMI into another AWS account
• IAM create and manage user, Role, Policy, Group, identity provider.
• Cross account access using IMA Role.
• Connect windows server to AD
• EC2 instance creation, configuration and troubleshooting (Linux)
• Database- RDS, Dynamo DB.
• Create Route 53 & manage routing protocol.
• Mange AWS cloud Front (CDN)
• Manage AWS Lambda Service.
• Load balancer create and manage.
• Manage RabbitMQ, SQS and SNS service.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex deployment projects in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Roles and responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices.
• Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
• Maximizes network performance by monitoring; troubleshooting network problems and outages

• Installing, supporting and maintaining new server, hardware and software infrastructure;
• Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and Monitoring access.
• The support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy;
• Upgrading data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases;
• The configuration of routing and switching equipment;
• Remote support & troubleshooting to employees/customers;
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of software and system deployments across various environments;
• Work closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure that releases are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to business operations;
• Strong understanding of deployment methodologies, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;
• Creating deployment plans, managing release schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all deployment activities adhere to organizational standards and compliance requirements;
• Continuously improve deployment processes by identifying bottlenecks, implementing automation tools, and promoting best practices;
• Comfortable working with cloud platforms, version control systems, and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes;
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams;
• Ensure deployments meet quality and compliance standards;
• Automate deployment processes where possible;
• Conduct post-deployment reviews and retrospectives;
• Maintain version control and configuration management systems

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors/Maters’ degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT administration, deployment or release management
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment systems like Azure Dev Ops
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with scripting and automation tools
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience of managing a team
