Description

Key Responsibilities

Technical Design & Development :

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Temenos T24 (Transact) and TPH (Temenos Payment Hub) modules.
• Lead the technical design, customization, and enhancement of T24 components to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain integration interfaces with external systems (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, local payment schemes).
• Utilize INFO BASIC, MSSQL, and PL/SQL to build and optimize back-end solutions.
• Ensure development aligns with object-oriented programming (OOP) and best coding practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation to ensure quality and maintainability.
  

Leadership & Architecture

• Act as a technical lead and solution architect for T24 Payment-related initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Define and enforce T24 configuration and customization standards, focusing on scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with solution architects and enterprise architects to define technical roadmaps for the Core Banking landscape.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and streamline payment processing.
  

Implementation & Support

• Contribute to implementation, upgrade, and migration projects, ensuring smooth transition and minimal downtime.
• Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of new features and change requests in TPH and associated modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in T24 environments, particularly related to payment workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality releases.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24 development (TAFJ environment).
• Proven experience working on TPH (Temenos Payment Hub) and Payment Modules such as SWIFT and SEPA.
• Strong knowledge of INFO BASIC, MSSQL, and PL/SQL programming languages.
• Deep understanding of T24 architecture, COB (Close of Business) processes, and Integration Frameworks (IF).
• Familiarity with LD (Loans and Deposits) module is an added advantage.
• Experience in T24 implementation, upgrade, or migration projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using development and collaboration tools such as Jira, TFS, GIT, and Visio.
