Could you be the full-time Demand Management Engineer in Bangalore were looking for? You'll contribute to the optimization of our services by enhancing our Demand Management Program. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Industrial, Procurement, Quality, Project Management, Engineering), monitor progress indicators, and much more. Youll specifically take care of the Demand Management Dashboard, but also engage in stakeholder management with various departments. Well look to you for: Supporting the follow-up of progress indicators and deployment in various regions Identifying potential delays and supporting problem-solving initiatives Improving the Demand Management process through feedback and training Participating in coordination meetings and maintaining action trackers Updating internal procedures and ensuring coherent communication Maintaining healthy stakeholder relationships and a supportive approach All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
