Job Description

RPG Group is looking for Assistant Manager Outsourcing Technical (CEAT_JR_46) to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee outsourcing technical projects to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
Develop and implement effective project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Analyze project performance data to optimize processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of outsourcing technical principles and practices.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Experience working with CEAT systems is an added advantage.
