Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IQAC Director located in Barasat Kolkata. The IQAC Director will be responsible for overseeing the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), monitoring and evaluating the academic and administrative quality standards, and ensuring continuous improvement. The individual will develop and implement strategic plans, coordinate with departments for quality enhancement, and prepare reports for accreditation bodies. They will also engage in capacity building activities and organize quality-related workshops and seminars.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, strategic planning, and academic administration
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and liaise with various stakeholders
• Doctorate degree in a relevant field and prior experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of accreditation processes and quality standards in higher education
• Proficiency in data analysis and use of quality management tools
