Key Responsibilities: Perform inward inspection of mechanical parts, components, and bought-out items Interpret engineering drawings and ensure compliance with specifications Maintain quality documentation and inspection records Coordinate with purchase and vendor teams for quality issues and rejections Operate measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) Prepare NCRs and follow up on corrective actions Ensure supplier quality standards are consistently met Support audits and internal process improvements Candidate Profile: Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 5-7 years in inward quality inspection in a manufacturing or engineering industry Skills: Excellent knowledge of QA/QC processes and tools Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments Strong documentation and reporting skills Good communication and coordination with vendors and internal teams
