Resource Management: To provide resources that are required to run the store process smoothly in line with the AOP and MRP. Safety Compliance: Develop a safety culture inside the stores, report incidents to the Safety department and take corrective actions to stop future reoccurrence. Near miss reporting, unsafe acts, unsafe condition identification, and mitigation for a better & safer work environment.
